Murtha Cullina has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in Connecticut District Court against The Metropolitan over the $279 million South Hartford Conveyance and Storage Tunnel, a public tunneling project underway between Hartford and West Hartford to prevent flooding and minimize sewer overflows leading into the Connecticut River.
The case is 3:21-cv-01283, Kenny/Obayashi IV, A Joint Venture LLP v. Metropolitan District.
