A condominium association reached a $2 million settlement Tuesday with contractors over construction defects at a 70-unit condo complex in Berlin.

Farmington firm Feldman, Perlstein & Greene represented the West Highlands Condominium Association in the suit over allegedly defective docks, stone veneer, vinyl siding and roofing, along with breezeway and fire suppression system defects.
