The District of Connecticut has selected Dinah Milton Kinney to serve as Clerk of Court, starting Jan. 1, 2022, to replace outgoing Clerk Robin DeKam Tabora, who is retiring.
Prior to her recent appointment by the Board of Judges, Kinney held the position of Chief Deputy Clerk for the District of Connecticut for more than 13 years.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
