NewsGordon Rees Scully Mansukhani filed a complaint for declaratory relief Monday in Connecticut District Court on behalf of AIG Property Casualty Co. The complaint names the Estate of Mauricio Gutierrez and other claimants in relation to a sexual assault alleged to have occurred during a May, 2018 graduation party in the home of the late Mauricio Gutierrez, resulting in the lawsuit Jane Doe v. Nicholas Gutierrez-Tabor, et al.
