NewsThomas A. Linthorst, Liliya P. Kramer and Kimberley E. Lunetta of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius have entered appearances for Charter Communications and Spectrum Reach in a pending class action over alleged employment discrimination. The action was filed Sept. 9 in Connecticut District Court by Winston Cooks on behalf of former and current African-American employees and applicants of defendants.
