Connecticut and Florida-based Cummings & Lockwood has named Laura Weintraub Beck the firm’s first female chairman and managing director, succeeding Jonathan B. Mills, who has served the firm in that capacity for 19 years.
In addition, the firm has chosen Heather J. Rhoades to chair Cummings & Lockwood’s private clients group, replacing Beck. The moves take effect Jan. 1, 2022.
