Monte E. Frank of Pullman & Comley has entered an appearance for the Town of Ridgefield in a pending environmental lawsuit. The case, filed Dec. 13 in Connecticut District Court by Save the Sound Inc. and the University of Connecticut Environmental Law Clinic, contends that the Town of Ridgefield has failed to comply with its general permit regarding the discharge of storm water from separate storm sewer systems.

The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Janet C. Hall, is 3:21-cv-01649, Save the Sound, Inc. v. Ridgefield.
