A Stamford woman has filed a lawsuit claiming her sister worked with an attorney and an investment adviser to have her removed as a beneficiary from her dying mother’s estate.

The plaintiff, Patricia Kane Maguire, claims her sister fraudulently colluded with attorney James J. Flaherty Jr. and Anthony Joseph Salerno to hijack the roughly $1.2 million estate of their mother, Agnes Patricia Kane, who died on Jan. 22, 2019.
