Greenberg Traurig shareholder Toby S. Soli has entered an appearance for Thriving Brands LLC and Henkel Corp. in a pending class action over Right Guard brand deodorant products.
The case, filed Dec. 22 in Connecticut District Court, claims that the products contain dangerously high levels of the carcinogen benzene. Thriving Brands, which is based in Cincinnati, purchased the Right Guard line of products from Henkel in 2021.
