First State Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Hartford Financial Services, sued SCOR Reinsurance Company Wednesday in Connecticut District Court for alleged breach of contract. The court action, filed by Day Pitney, accuses the defendants of failing to pay $6,971,768 in billings. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
The case is 3:22-cv-00241, First State Insurance Company v. Scor Reinsurance Company.
