Nine teachers and educational professionals have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut accusing Gov. Ned Lamont and Manisha Juthani, commissioner of the Department of Public Health, of violating their rights under the Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

The suit claims Lamont’s Executive Order 13D was designed to “coerce the plaintiffs into taking an experimental gene therapy that is euphemistically branded as a vaccine.”
