With many latecomers this year, along with requests for more time, the Connecticut Law Tribune is extending the deadline for nominations for the annual Connecticut Legal Awards. We will hold an in-person awards dinner to celebrate the honorees on May 11, 2022.

Deadline for nominations has been extended to February 22, 2022.

Connecticut's best lawyers, law firms and officiators are again invited to participate by making nominations and spreading the word that the Nutmeg State's legal community is among the proudest, and most accomplished, in the nation.

Winners from across the state will again be honored in at an awards dinner, which will include the annual announcement of Connecticut's Attorney of the Year.

All of the categories featured in the 2021 celebration will again be included. As featured last year, nominations will also be accepted for Innovators, including solos and small firms, as well as Diversity and Inclusion Champions and in-house legal departments and large firms. Those who have developed successful strategies to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic are urged to take a closer look at these categories. Additional innovations may include technology and communications, redesigns, business and cultural innovations.

Familiar categories include Lifetime Achievement and New Leaders in the Law awards, Giant Slayers, Best Mentors, Distinguished Leaders, Best Officiators, Game Changers and Litigation Departments of the Year.

We're very proud of the history of talent that has been acknowledged by these awards, and we look forward to representing a new crop of winners.

Nominations are open now. For more information, email [email protected] or call 646-957-3022.
