Day Pitney LLP announced that Elizabeth “Beth” Alquist has been named chair of the firm’s litigation department, one of three core departments at the firm.

An intellectual Property and Technology partner based in Hartford, Alquist serves on the firm’s executive board. She represents diverse clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, non-competition and technology-related disputes in federal and state courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission, Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
