After nearly eight years strategizing on human resources for Am Law 50 firm Goodwin Procter, Susan Wertheim has taken a job at Connecticut-based midsize firm Wiggin and Dana in its newly created position of chief people officer.
Wertheim’s move comes at a time when talent manager roles at the C-level are in high demand, as firms seek to develop recruitment and retention practices that set them apart from the competition.
