Alt-right radio show host Alex E. Jones is asking a judge to postpone his deposition, set for Wednesday and Thursday, citing an undisclosed medical condition that may “require immediate, and possibly, emergency testing,” according to a filing.

Jones’ deposition, in connection with a defamation lawsuit brought by the families of Sandy Hook victims, was originally set for last fall. The most recent scheduling was delayed after an early March snowstorm pushed back the deposition of another witness, attorney Brittany Paz, who is the corporate representative of Jones’ Austin-based company, Free Speech Systems LLC.
