Attorney Reprimanded After Filing Complaint About 'Narcissist' Judge
"Judge Newson can file all the grievances he wants, but it won't change his poor performance and failure to understand the requirements of his job," the attorney said.

A Connecticut attorney who accused Superior Court Judge John M. Newson of denying his daughter the right to speak during a hearing has been disciplined for making statements that "demeaned and minimized" the judge's qualifications and integrity.
New Britain attorney Christopher D. Parker was reprimanded following a complaint about the judge he filed with the Judicial Review Council, according to a recent Statewide Grievance Committee decision.
In response to an inquiry by the reviewing committee, Parker called Newson "a narcissist," and alleged that the judge did not "admit his mistakes like a man."
