The ascent to a leadership position at Robinson & Cole for one of the firm’s top attorneys has coincided with a public appointment and industry awards that will give her extra time in the spotlight this year.

Newly elected to Robinson & Cole’s managing committee, Britt-Marie Cole-Johnson will receive a Distinguished Leader Award from the Connecticut Law Tribune at the Connecticut Legal Awards in May. She was also recently chosen to serve on the Connecticut Paid Leave Authority, which began making payments this year. Cole-Johnson will also be featured in the state’s 100 Women of Color Awards in June.
