Counsel at Brown Rudnick on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch InBev, the multinational beverage giant based in Belgium, to Connecticut District Court.
The complaint, which alleges Anheuser-Busch failed to compensate Boathouse Beverage after acquiring SpikedSeltzer and launching its own competitive brand, was filed by Roche Freedman and MoloLamken on behalf of Connecticut-based Boathouse Beverage.
The case is 3:22-cv-00544, BBSR, LLC v. Anheuser-Busch, LLC.
