Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart and Putnam Acquisition to Connecticut District Court.
The complaint, alleging negligence related to a wet floor blamed for an April 30, 2020 fall at the Walmart store in Putnam, Connecticut, was filed by Danielson-based Weiss & Stamper on behalf of John H. Tillinghast of Chepachet, Rhode Island.
