Attorneys at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Wednesday removed a medical malpractice lawsuit against JACC Healthcare Group to Connecticut District Court. The suit was filed by the Reardon Law Firm on behalf of Edward Pratt, who contends he suffered COVID-19-related acute renal failure due to dehydration and permanent kidney damage arising from the defendant's alleged negligence.
