Counsel at Clyde & Co. on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Aspen American Insurance Company to Connecticut District Court. The suit, for business losses due to COVID-19, was filed by Carmody Torrance Sandak Hennessey and Gauthier Murphy & Houghtaling on behalf of 147 First Realty LLC, the operator of the East Village Hotel in Manhattan.
The case is 3:22-cv-00569, 147 First Realty LLC v. Aspen American Insurance Company.
