Steptoe & Johnson filed a trade secrets lawsuit Tuesday in Connecticut District Court on behalf of Arvinas Operations Inc., including Arvinas Androgen Receptor Inc. and Arvinas Estrogen Receptor Inc. The suit pursues claims against former employee Yimin Qian for allegedly taking Arvinas's proprietary biopharmaceutical research and improperly using it with Accutar Biotechnology Inc. to advance targeted protein degrader programs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
