Attorneys at Epstein Becker & Green on Monday removed a lawsuit against Bridgeport-based corporate services and financial technology company Broadridge Financial Solutions to Connecticut District Court. The suit, over alleged race-based employment discrimination and failure to promote, was filed by Omnia Law on behalf of former employee Randolph Namin, who claims he was unfairly overlooked during hiring for Broadridge’s vice president of product sales position.

The case is 3:22-cv-00749, Namin v. Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.
