Donald L. Samuels of Polsinelli has entered an appearance for Care at Home LLC, Daniel Karp and Suzanne Karp in a pending class action over alleged wage-and-hour violations.
The complaint was filed April 29 in Connecticut District Court by The Law Office of Nitor V. Egbarin on behalf of individuals employed by defendants as non-exempt employees who allege that they were not paid for overtime hours worked.
The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley, is 3:22-cv-00612, Nqadolo et al v. Care at Home, LLC et al.
