Wilson Elser filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bank of America Wednesday in Connecticut District Court alleging breach of loan agreement. The suit targets Freeline Organic Food USA and other defendants, to which the plaintiffs allege it extended a $2 million line of credit per loan agreement in April 2016, expiring in November 2021. Plaintiffs allege $1.24 million due, plus interest and associated fees. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants.
