Travelers and five other Travelers subsidiaries were sued Monday in Connecticut District Court over Medicare reimbursement. The lawsuit, filed by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman on behalf of MSP Recovery Claims Series LLC, accuses Travelers of failing to pay Medicare reimbursements for accident-related medical care provided to policyholders. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-01012, MSP Recovery Claims, Series LLC v. The Travelers Indemnity Company et al.
