Lawyers at Shipman & Goodwin on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Norwich Board of Education to Connecticut District Court. The suit, over alleged age-based employment discrimination, was filed by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of Athena Nagel. The case is 3:22-cv-01102, Nagel v. Norwich Board of Education.
