The Connecticut Citizens Defense League, Inc., the Second Amendment Foundation, Inc. and three Connecticut citizens have filed a lawsuit challenging Connecticut's assault weapons ban, the second such suit citing the Supreme Court's decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen.
The Bruen decision "clarified the proper legal standard under which courts must analyze Second Amendment cases," the complaint said.
