A woman injured in a fall outside a storage warehouse in Hartford was granted a $130,000 settlement, secured by attorney Alexander Sarris of Arch Law Group.

Plaintiff Susan Clark-Levin filed suit on Jan. 22, 2021, against 237 Hamilton I, owner of a storage facility located at 245 Hamilton St. On March 5, 2019, Clark-Levin was in the process of moving items out of a warehouse on the property, leased by her employer, when she walked into the parking area and “slipped and fell on thick, slippery, untreated ice covering the parking area,” according to the complaint.
