Lawyers at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Amazon.com to Connecticut District Court. The complaint, over alleged disability-based employment discrimination, was filed by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of Sharmel Jackson. Jackson alleges Amazon terminated his employment because he is epileptic.
The case is 3:22-cv-01347, Jackson v. Amazon.Com Services LLC.
