Counsel at Wiggin & Dana on Wednesday removed a race-based employment discrimination lawsuit against Walmart to Connecticut District Court. The suit was brought by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of Junel Dulcice, a former employee of the Walmart store in Waterford, Connecticut. Dulcice claims he was fired as a result of discrimination against him as a Black man of Haitian descent.
