Alex Jones used to think First Amendment freedoms would shield him from his cruel and vicious rabble-rousing for Second Amendment freedoms.

After defamation suits were filed against Jones by parents of Sandy Hook Elementary School pupils, victims of the 2012 mass shooting that killed 20 small children and six adults, he said his free speech rights would protect him in his sky’s-the-limit advocacy for gun rights.
