Chipotle Services was sued Wednesday in Connecticut District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA and the Family and Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was brought by the McMinn Employment Law Firm on behalf of Teresa Palumbo, who also alleges age bias. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
