CommentaryVoters participating in Connecticut's state election on November 8 will have the opportunity to approve an amendment to the state Constitution to enable the state legislature to adopt early in-person voting for all of our future elections.
We urge a "yes" vote for the November 8 state the referendum question to be found on every ballot: "Shall the Constitution of the State be amended to permit the General Assembly to provide for early voting?"

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
