Electronic cigarette company JUUL Labs Inc. filed a complaint in the Connecticut U.S. District Court against Smoke Toke LLC, a vaporizer store in Torrington, for allegedly selling counterfeit JUUL products.
The suit is one of at least two pending by McCormick, Paulding & Huber on JUUL's behalf.
