McCarter & English and Womble Bond Dickinson filed a lawsuit Nov. 2 in Connecticut District Court on behalf of Ferring B.V. for claims under the Uniform Foreign Money-Judgments Recognition Act. The complaint, which targets Seymour H. Fein, seeks the enforcement of a money judgment issued against Fein in the Netherlands related to a patent infringement lawsuit. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
