Attorneys at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Cintas, a Cincinnati-based supplier of corporate uniforms and supplies, to Connecticut District Court. The suit, for claims arising from a motor vehicle collision Oct. 23, 2020, involving two trucks on Interstate 84 in Southington, was filed by the Rosenthal Law Firm on behalf of Edward Barnes and Muriel Gordon.
