Proloy Das Joins FordHarrison in Hartford

FordHarrison, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, has announced Proloy K. Das has joined as partner in Hartford, migrating from Murtha Cullina, where he founded and chaired the appellate practice.

Das represents clients involved in appellate litigation in various civil matters, including employment law. He has argued more than 80 appeals before state and federal appellate courts including the Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Due to his breadth of experience in appellate matters, he was appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit pro bono panel of appellate advocates for indigent appellants.

Das has also argued first impression cases in several areas. Prior to entering private practice, he served as an assistant state's attorney in the appellate bureau of the Chief State's Attorney's Office.
