Attorneys at DLA Piper on Friday removed a franchise lawsuit against Dunkin' Donuts to Connecticut District Court. The suit was filed by Barr & Morgan on behalf of A.B. Corp. The case is 3:22-cv-01474, A.B. Corp. v. Dunkin' Donuts Franchising LLC.
