The Connecticut Supreme Court dismissed an appeal filed by the defense in a case where four state police officers were sued for wrongful death of the plaintiff's decedent due to alleged recklessness and gross negligence.
The plaintiff's counsel, Trent LaLima of Santo & LaLima, said that they are pleased the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal.
