Shipman & Goodwin Welcomes Timothy S. Klimpl
Shipman & Goodwin has announced that Timothy S. Klimpl has joined the firm as counsel in the tax and employee benefits practice group.
"We are very fortunate to have someone with Tim's credentials, wealth of experience and years of practice in ERISA, executive compensation, and employee benefit matters join our group," said Richard Cohen, chair of Shipman's employee benefits practice group. "His talents add further depth to our strong team, and we are thrilled to have him on board on behalf of our clients."
Klimpl brings 12 years of ERISA advice and related services to represent clients in a range of industries on employee benefit plans. He also plays a key role in merger and acquisition transactions.
