Three attorneys were suspended, two reprimanded, and one resigned in January, court records show.

Jeffrey Olgin was reprimanded by the reviewing committee for his violation of Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4(a)(3), 1.5(a), 1.5(c) and 8.1(2), the decision said.

Olgin was retained by the complainant, Nancy Memoli, to represent her in a case alleging that she developed an autoimmune disease from defective breast implants that the Dow Corning Corp. manufactured, the decision said.
