Attorneys at Silver Golub & Teitell, representing the widow of former NCAA star Robert McCurdy in a medical malpractice and wrongful-death lawsuit, filed a motion to compel depositions after months of waiting for the defense to schedule the remaining depositions.

McCurdy was the nation’s leading scorer at the University of Richmond during his senior season from 1974-75, and then spent more than four decades in the radio industry. He was 68 at the time the lawsuit was filed in April 2020. He died on July 29, 2020.
