West Hartford and its board of education were served a wrongful death lawsuit involving a 5-year-old boy who died during recess one day.
Joaquin L. Madry, a partner at Silver Golub & Teitell, filed the lawsuit on behalf of his clients, Chantel T. Pierre Louis and D’Meza Shultz Pierre Louis, the child’s parents.
