A federal judge in Connecticut determined that plaintiffs in an Individuals with Disabilities Education Act action were eligible for additional attorney fees, though approximately $700,000 less than originally requested.

U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny of the District of Connecticut partially granted and partially denied the granting of attorney fees to plaintiffs in an IDEA class action, awarding plaintiffs more than $300,000 in fees in an April 30 opinion.
