Counsel at Jackson Lewis on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Rich Products Corp. to Connecticut District Court. The suit, over alleged gender-based employment discrimination, was filed by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of a former employee. The case is 3:23-cv-00616, Rivera v. Rich Products Corporation.
