Counsel at Robinson & Cole on Thursday removed an ERISA lawsuit against Cigna to New Jersey District Court. The suit, which seeks reimbursement for medical services performed by an out-of-network provider, was filed by K&L Gates and Cohen Howard LLP on behalf of Atlantic Shore Surgical Associates PC. The case is 3:23-cv-02699, Atlantic Shore Surgical Associates, P.C. v. Cigna Health And Life Insurance Company et al.
