Walmart and Infinity Cromwell Properties were slapped with a trip-and-fall lawsuit on June 8 in Connecticut Superior Court for New Haven. The court action was brought by Esposito & Annunziata on behalf of Nicole Gilbertie, alleging injury in the parking lot of the Walmart store located at 161 Berlin Road, Cromwell. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is NNH-CV-23-6133363-S, Gilbertie, Nicole v. Wal-Mart Stores East, Limited Partnership et al.
