Apple Health Care, Hewitt Health & Rehabilitation Center and other defendants were sued for medical malpractice on June 22 in Connecticut Superior Court for Fairfield (Bridgeport). The suit, over alleged complications arising during spinal surgery, was filed on behalf of Christopher Lawrence by Kennedy Johnson Schwab & Roberge. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is FBT-CV-23-6125023-S, Lawrence v. Apple Health Care Inc. et al.
