John O'Driscoll, a physical therapist, was slapped with a medical malpractice lawsuit on June 29 in Connecticut Superior Court for Hartford. The suit, brought by the Flood Law Firm, accuses the defendant of puncturing a patient's lung while performing dry needling work during physical therapy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is HHD-CV-23-6171087-S, Konopka v. O'Driscoll.
